You are Superintendent Wally! Manage the tenants in your apartment building by keeping them happy and keeping the rent money flowing!

Some tenants are a joy to live next to...

...while others can be a pain!

But watch out for the sorcerer, he'll move right into an apartment and kick out anyone that lives there! And he doesn't pay rent!

Controls:

How to play:

Each week your tenants will pay you $100 rent money
You can pay $300 to place more tenants in your apartment , or pay a small fee of $50 to switch your tenants around
Position your tenants to keep as many people as happy as possible. The green arrows will make the neighbors in those directions happier, while the red arrows will annoy them!
But be careful, if an unhappy tenant will eventually leave and make you pay a fee of $1000!
Monitor your tenants' happiness by keeping the green bar above them as high as possible!
As for the sorcerer, kick them out by strategically placing your less friendly tenants. Don't worry, you won't lose any money by kicking out the sorcerer, but he will definitely make your rent paying tenants unhappy!
If you run out of money, it's game over! How many weeks can you survive and how much rent can you make?
